Principle and characteristic By using X-ray, it is possible to check defects of parts and reverse design of 3-dimensional shape through CT (Computed Tomography) analysis of electronic parts and machine parts (200mm x 200mm x 200mm or more). It is a 3D X-ray system that can check and observe the internal structure, and can store and manage tomographic image data and 3D shape data.
