Application Field It is used for the analysis of absorbtion and penetration of light and is also used for the analysis of purity and density of light by optical density of nucleic acid and protein.
Principle and Characteristics It makes an analysis of optical density of the sample with transition of penetration ray to electric signal by making the light in light source penetrate the sample liquid which is monochromized through Monochormy Spectrophotometer.
